Get Free Museum Day Tickets Now
Smithsonian Free Museum Day is on September 21 this year, but you can now buy tickets for the day.
In case you’re not familiar, Free Museum Day is a day once a year that museums across the country allow visitors to enter for free if they received a free ticket prior to their arrival via the Smithsonian Institution’s website.
More than 1,300 museums from all 50 states are participating in the event .
The only catch is that you can only get a ticket to one museum, so it’s best to do your research and make the right choice before making your choice.
However, each ticket is suitable for two people, so if you can’t decide which museum to use your ticket at, it might make sense to team up with a friend so that both of you can visit two museums for free instead of just one.
You are also allowed one free ticket per email address, so if you have more than one, you can get a few extra ones as well.
