Make a Totally Messy Monosodium Glutamate Martini

The dirty martini made me the gin lover I am today, and for that I owe them a debt. And while I now prefer a simple gin to vermouth ratio of five: one (with olives), every now and then I still yearn for a dirty boyfriend. If you want it super funky, you can add olive juice or keep the liquid ratio and add a little crystallized umami – aka monosodium glutamate – for a completely messy martini that’s undiluted. with brine.
