Make the New Twitter Less Distracting With This Extension
If New Twitter distracts you, there is now an extension that can help – Twitter Simplified.
As it sounds, the Chrome extension and Firefox add-on take and simplify the traditional Twitter desktop interface, making it easier to focus on real tweets and less on everything else.
Basically, it shrinks the massive sidebar menu into smaller icons and discards the main trends and who-to-follow menus on the right-hand side.
It is very easy to use, and like all extensions, it can be turned on and off as needed or desired.
As someone so easily distracted (to be honest, I was probably the first to get distracted when I came to Twitter, I think this is a good and easy way to muffle the noise so you can focus on tweets instead.
