Use This App to Find the Perfect Instagram Snapshot When You Travel
In San Francisco, it all started with the Ice Cream Museum, a downtown “museum” where, for $ 38, you can take a picture of yourself next to a unicorn or submerge yourself in the splashing water in the building’s “irrigated pool”.
This spawned several other similar Instagram-style establishments, including Candytopia, where, you guessed it, you can take pictures in front of huge candy exhibitions. Candytopia also had a pool to jump into. It was filled with (thankfully plastic) marshmallows.

The app is broken down by city and offers some of the most scenic spots in town, tells you how to get there, and then offers tips on how to take the perfect photo when you arrive. If you discover your own tips, you can also share them in the app.
It currently airs in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco and Sedona, Arizona.
The idea is that the app works as a kind of location for Instagram enthusiasts, helping you find hotspots in places you might not be familiar with.
