Horizontal Parenting 101: Entertain Your Kids While Lying Down
In many ways, raising a young child involves maneuvering an aging body up and down. Your child wants to go feed the goldfish, so get up. Then he wants to play with puzzles, so you get down. Then he wants to eat, so you get up again. And then you fell. And then you got up. And then down. And then up. And then down. This happens all day, every day, until the child finally passes out.
Sometimes you just want to stay downstairs.
Exhausted parents, we are here for you. In this video, we’ll show you our best horizontal parenting techniques (read: lying on the floor). Your child is having fun, and you can rest your tired body. It’s a win-win for everyone.
