Make Multiple Falafels at Once With the Cake Maker
Pastry pastry is the worst tool you can use to make brownies. As you can imagine, cake pop is not a cake that has been shaped and baked into a ball; This is a cake that has been crumbled, mixed with frosting, and then rolled into a ball – by hand – and glued to a stick. But just because a seemingly disposable device is rubbish when it comes to making cakes doesn’t mean you can’t use it for other, more savory applications.
As Reddit user zainedcrassvindow discovered , the device does a pretty good job of making a very large batch of falafel without using a whole batch of butter, as most producers don’t stick. (The appearance will not be as crispy as deep-fried falafel, but you have to admire its effectiveness.) And, as some commentators have pointed out, there is no need to settle for falafel. The machine can be used to make salmon croquettes , takoyaki (video on how to do ithere ) and – although my heart, born in Mississippi, painfully speaks of it – “healthier” quiet puppies. Just don’t use this thing for making cakes. It makes some truly awful cakes.
