How a Biotech Disaster Could End the World (and Other Things to Worry About)

We spoke with Josh Clark about his new podcast, The End of the World with Josh Clark, and asked him about the risks to existence and why we need it.

As far as we can tell, humanity is the only detectable life of its kind in the universe. After the evolution of the earliest microorganisms, we were able to genetically manipulate microorganisms. Artificial intelligence is only getting smarter, and our understanding of physics is (perhaps) superficial, but (definitely) getting stronger . But can all this progress mean our final death?

Josh Clarke wants us to be aware of the greatest threats to humanity and that the ones that worry him the most are in our hands – for now.
