Which Airlines Give You Miles for Airbnb Bookings?
If you enjoy both Airbnb and airline miles, several airlines are willing to reward you for booking a stay on Airbnb through them or for becoming an Airbnb host.
Delta has a dedicated Airbnb booking site where you can earn 1 SkyMile per USD dollar for all Airbnb stays worldwide. You can also earn bonus miles :
Any SkyMiles® member who opens a new Airbnb account will also receive $ 25 in their Airbnb account towards their first booking of $ 75 or more. Visit deltaairbnb.com to request a coupon. In addition, new guests are eligible to earn bonus SkyMiles® on their first Airbnb trip. Earn 1,000 bonus miles on your first stay totaling $ 150 or more, or 500 bonus miles on your first stay totaling $ 75 or more.
Plus, you can earn up to 25,000 SkyMiles when you host Airbnb.
Australian airline Qantas also has a dedicated booking site, Airbnb , and you can earn 1 Qantas Point for every US dollar you book on Airbnb. You will earn 500 Bonus Points if this is your first Airbnb booking with Quantas, and you can earn up to 20,000 Qantas Bonus Points when you host Airbnb.
ANA, a Japanese airline, will give you 1 ANA mile for every 200 yen spent on Airbnb if you follow the instructions that appear on its “Live” Airbnb website promotion . (You will need to log into Airbnb and enter your ANA Miles Club number along with a special code.) New Airbnb users receive additional rewards:
Get Airbnb Coupon (¥ 3000 per person) to use for new Airbnb booking !!
You can also take advantage of the special rate of 2 miles for every 200 yen spent!
However, this is not the only way to earn airline rewards for bookings on Airbnb. If you have an airline credit card (or a travel credit card that you can use to transfer points to your favorite airline), you can usually earn at least 1 point per mile per dollar spent on Airbnb.
However, if you really want to maximize your Airbnb rewards, The Points Guy suggests using travel credit cards that offer more than 1 point per dollar when you book Airbnb. Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Sapphire Reserve cards offer 2 and 3 points per dollar spent on the trip, respectively, and these points can be transferred to various airlines, although you can redeem these points through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal because the number of points increases when you book your trip through Chase Ultimate Rewards.
What’s your favorite Airbnb travel trick? Do you use sites like the Delta Airbnb portal to book, or do you prefer to use a travel credit card to get the most out of Airbnb?
