How to Broadcast Puppy Bowl and Kitten Bowl
Sure, a lot of people talk about this Super Bowl today, but we all know that the game that really interests everyone is Puppy Bowl.
Puppy Bowl XV, which turns 15, kicks off at 15:00 ET today. This year there are 39 puppies in the lineup who are ready for anything, especially adoption (all of them are eligible for adoption).
If you want to catch an epic throw between Team Ruff and Team Fluff, you’ll need access to Animal Planet.
If puppies aren’t for you, or you’re just looking for a cuter fur ball (are you?), 6th Kitten Bowl, Kitten Bowl VI kicks off an hour earlier at 2pm on the Hallmark Channel.
If you have a cable, a smart person can tune into it on your TV. That said, if you don’t have a cable or even a TV, you still have a few options:
DirecTV Now and PlayStation Vue
If you want to watch Kitten Bowl, Puppy Bowl and the traditional Super Bowl, DirecTV and PlayStation Vue are your only two options. Both offer access to all three channels and have a free trial. Outside of the free trial, DirecTV Now costs $ 40 per month and Playstation Vue costs $ 45 per month.
Hulu from Live TV
Hulu With Live TV will give you access to the Puppy Bowl (and the actual Super Bowl), but it won’t offer you access to the Hallmark channel. If you don’t want to get involved in a puppy battle, Hulu offers a free trial of the service you can use to catch a puppy and a human. If you forget to cancel it, the service will cost you $ 40 per month.
Philo
If you want to see puppies and kittens but don’t care about the Super Bowl, now is a good time to try Filo . The live streaming TV service offers access to both Hallmark and Animal Planet for $ 16 a month, but does not offer access to CBS, where the human version airs in the afternoon. If you have not used the service yet, you can try it for 7 days for free. AT&T Watch TV also offers access to both for $ 15 a month .
