How to Stream Super Bowl Live

The Los Angeles Rams will face the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LIII on Sunday. The game marks Rams’ first Super Bowl entry in 17 years. Patriots, of course, get into the big game quite often. They lost to the Philadelphia Eagles last year.

The game officially kicks off at 6:30 pm ET on Sunday, February 3 in Atlanta and will air on CBS. If you have a TV, the best and easiest way to watch is to simply tune in to it. CBS is free to watch without a cable TV subscription, although depending on your TV, you may need a digital antenna to tune in through the air.

If you don’t have a TV, you still have options:

Cbs online

CBS says it is offering the Super Bowl for free on CBSSports.com, as well as the CBS Sports app, which is available on most connected devices. You will also be able to tune in through the CBS All Access app. CBS All Access requires a subscription, but offers a weekly trial that you can use to catch the game.

Locast

The New York Times wrote about Locast , a streaming service that allows users to watch TV for free. The non-profit service essentially uses an antenna to receive terrestrial signals (just like this digital antenna you have) and then streams that content.

It is currently only available in nine cities : Denver, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and Boston. If you don’t have a TV and live in one of these places, then this is a potentially good option for watching the game, as well as other on-air content.

Hulu with Live TV, PlayStation Vue, YouTube TV, FuboTV

Hulu with Live TV, PlayStation Vue, YouTube TV, and FuboTV offer CBS. Your cheapest option is FuboTV, which costs $ 35 per month for the first month and $ 45 per month thereafter. Hulu with Live TV and YouTube TV and DirecTV Now are $ 40 / month, and PlayStation Vue is $ 45 / month.

All four offer free trial options, so if you haven’t tried them before, you can catch the game for free with the free trial – just remember to cancel before this trial expires, otherwise you’ll be hooked for an entire month …

And remember, if you’re a Sling TV user, you don’t have access to CBS, so you’ll need to take other steps before starting.
