Brittany Loose, host of The Nod , told us how she removed Twitter from her phone, and as a result, her whole life has improved. Since she used to check Twitter as soon as she woke up (presumably around 4:00 a.m.), Brittany said her restricted life on Twitter made even her therapist notice that she was acting differently.
