These Shops and Restaurants Are Open for Christmas
It is Christmas time, which means that most restaurants and shops are closed all day. Whether you need a snack or a present (very) late, your choices are a little limited. However, you have options. Here’s a rundown of some of the establishments we know will be up and running during the day:
Restaurants
The restaurants that open near you will vary depending on where you live. For local establishments, it is recommended that you check the restaurant’s website or call before heading out, and if in doubt, simply assume that the establishment is closed.
As far as national destinations go, you have several options: Denny’s, Starbucks, Buca di Beppo, Sonic, Marie Calendar’s, McDonald’s, and Boston Market will be open, but again, you probably want to call before you go, just in case …
Last minute gifts
When it comes to last minute gifts, you have almost every option from drugstores. Rite Aid and CVS stores are expected to open today, as well as Family Dollar and 7-11 stores.
You can also get last-minute gifts at Circle K, Cumberland Farms, and Sheetz (who doesn’t need a thoughtful gas station gift?). Most of Albertson’s shops will be open until 4:00 pm.
In fact, if you’ve waited so long, you might want to use the online gift card for that gift rather than end up in one of these places, but you will.
