How to Stream NBA Christmas Games
The NBA will have five games this year for Christmas, starting between the Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks at 12:00 ET and ending at 22:30 ET between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Utah Jazz.
If you’re away from home and don’t have access to games on a traditional TV, you have options. Here’s how to stream them to your laptop or phone wherever you go:
Schedule
12pm: Milwaukee Bucks to New York Knicks – ESPN
03:00 PM: Oklahoma City Thunder to Houston Rockets – ABC
17:30: Philadelphia 76ers to Boston Celtics – ABC
08:00 PM: Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors – ABC / ESPN
10:30 am: Portland Trail Blazers to Utah Jazz – ESPN
Where
All five games are featured on ESPN or ABC. While your chances of catching ABC on parent TV are pretty high, ESPN can be a little trickier.
ABC and WatchESPN
If you pay for cable TV at home, you should be able to log in on your computer or phone and stream games to each of the station’s sites. Just use the same login you use to pay your cable TV bill.
SlingTV
Sling TVs for $ 25 a month. Orange’s package includes ESPN, but not ABC. If you have access to on-air ABC then Sling is a great solution for catching these ESPN-only games.
YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, PlayStation Vue, DirecTV Now
YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, PlayStation Vue, DirecTV Now all offer ESPN and ABC for between $ 40 and $ 45 a month.
All streaming services offer free trials, so if you haven’t used them before, you can sign up today and watch the games for free and then cancel your account before being charged.
