Best Tech Hacks for Parents of 2018
Sometimes it seems that our children already know how to navigate technology better than we do. They have the advantage of growing up with tablets, laptops and smartphones at their disposal, while we remember how you used to have to press # 5 on our flip phones three times to get to the letter “L”. (Even then, it was annoying.)
But we’re not ready to throw in the towel yet. Because some of the latest and greatest technologies aren’t really for them – they’re for us. And it can make parenting a lot easier.

At the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show, we picked out five of our favorite new parenting gadgets, including a fertility tracker, an Alexa-enabled baby monitor, a hands-free breast pump, an interactive toothbrush, and a duck.
Anti-smartphone
You want to be able to connect with your child when he is not with you, but you are NOT ready to let him dive into the world of smartphones. This little gadget works not so much as a smartphone, but as a walkie-talkie.
Alexa just for kids
He tells jokes, can decipher the words “baby speaks,” and provides thoughtful answers to questions about everything from Santa Claus to bullying and how babies are born.
