Find the Healthiest Foods in 750 Fast Food Menus With This App

In general, fast food isn’t always the healthiest food, but sometimes a trip or a busy evening leads to a freeway trip.

Whether you’re dieting or just looking for the least unhealthy option on the menu, there is now an app that can help. An iOS app called “Cheat Day” lets you sort your fast food items by food, protein, calories, carbohydrates, and fat. So, no matter what you cut back (or try to eat more), you can figure out what is best to do from the menu.

The design of the app is quite sparse, but it includes information on each menu item for 750 different restaurants. You can view items ranked by their usefulness factor and click information about individual menu items to see their exact nutritional distribution.

When you see something you like, you can also create a virtual dish in the app and see what the food distribution or your entire order looks like.

It won’t make the BigMac or Frostie any healthier, but it will help you make more informed choices about what you eat.
