How to Find Google’s New Built-in Breathing Exercise
Google gave us the best email service , the best Maps app , one of the best AI helpers, and the best search engine . And now they also come into the mindfulness game.
If you enter “breathing exercises” or “deep breathing” (or similar terms), you will see a blue box at the top of the search results. When you click on it, a white dot will enter and exit with the inscription “inhale … exhale …”. The sequence lasts one minute, then stops.
There is no sound here, so this is a very simple exercise, but again, learning to breathe is not really rocket science!
