Tell Us About Your Yellowstone Park Travel Tips
This week we collect your advice on Yellowstone National Park, the increasingly inaccurate name “Hack Your City”. This place is crazy! Most of the world’s geysers are located in Yellowstone. The same is true for objects such as mountains, waterfalls, canyons and hot springs (for example, the Great Prismatic Spring, shown above, but not photographed ). They are scattered over an area of 3,470 square miles extending from the northwestern corner of Wyoming. This is a big question. So Yellowstone fans, we need your advice on how to get the most out of Yellowstone.
Every Monday onHack Your City, we ask readers for the best tips about the city: driving tips, restaurant tips, entertainment, and any other tips for visitors and locals alike. Then, on Thursday, we present the best comments. We work in the USA and around the world.
Tell us all about the best way to visit Yellowstone, especially the non-obvious ones. What places are so crowded that they aren’t worth it? What’s the crowd missing out on? Obviously, there is too much park to cover all of this in one trip. What’s the best way to take a route?
What are some good but safe ways to see wildlife? What makes photography the best, and where are the best views? What are the dangers to watch out for?
How do you optimize your overnight trip? The official website tells you how quickly different campgrounds fill up , but what else should you know before you hit the road? Is there a way to save on royalties?
What are the best hotels, pensions, and other accommodations near the park? What other activities have you found in the area and what local places are suitable for non-tourist visitors?
And what resources did you rate the most when researching your own journey? Do you have a favorite Yellowstone blog, book, travel site, or social media account?
In the comments below, tell us everything you want someone to tell you and we’ll show the best in the Personnel tab. Then, on Thursday, we’ll post the highlights in a new post. We couldn’t find another place to place this link, so we’ll leave it here: “Picnic basket”. Thank you.
