See Which Tech Companies Won’t Delete Your Data With Naughty List
With all of the security concerns about Facebook in recent weeks , we’re all probably paying a little more attention to which web services we use and how much information they have about us (and if you don’t, you should).
On some sites, you can delete your account and all data along with it, on others it becomes more complicated.
Secured.fyi has compiled a list , aptly named the Naughty List, which lists every tech company it knows that won’t delete your information and ranks them based on who has the worst policy.
Surprisingly, Facebook doesn’t top the list. This honor goes to LinkedIn. Facebook is in second place, followed by Slack, followed by a host of email services.
