How Far Does the Issue of Flexibility Go?
We’ve been in the March fitness challenge for almost a week, working on our flexibility. Here is your chain: how are you?
I, I was sick, so I kind of fell off the van. But before I got knocked down, I tried this video of Japanese yogi Eiko, whose book Even the toughest people can do splits was recommended by an emeraldware commentator . I can only do the first few exercises, but they seem like a good start.
