How Do You Do Your Daily Push-Ups?
Since we all do push-ups in February , let’s talk about how things are going and how we all manage to do push-ups .
Last year, I filmed myself at least once a day , which allows you to record when you actually got down to the floor and did those push-ups. This time, I just take a note every day in my diary. If things get too chaotic, I’ll switch to a suitable habit tracking app . (My favorite iOS app is called Done .) How do you track your push-ups?
I do five sets of push-ups, usually while I work. Five sets of five is a good workout without getting too tired and tired, and I hope to increase the reps and sets by the end of the month. And you?
