Re-Order Amazon Products With Alexa to Get Free Credits
If you already use Alexa and plan to spend a significant chunk of your holiday spending on Amazon, you can also earn extra store credit in the process .
Kyle James from Rather Be Shopping told us about several ways to hack Alexa and get free Amazon Credits:
“Buyers don’t know about it simply because Amazon doesn’t actually advertise it,” he told us. “I couldn’t find a link to any of the Alexa discounts on their home page.”
First, you can get $ 10 Amazon credit when you reorder any item over ten dollars worth using Amazon Alexa. It doesn’t have to be something you ordered using Alexa. This can be anything from your Amazon order history.
In his post, James explains exactly how to do this, because you need to ask Alexa to “order another Item X”. When you do, you should see a $ 10 credit in your Amazon account over the next few days.
You can also earn more credits by ordering a gift card using Alexa and then re-uploading that gift card later.
“For roughly 3-4 minutes of your time, you can quickly make $ 15 in Amazon Credits,” James said. “It’s free money … so after you ask Alexa to speak like Yoda, why not let her show you the money too.”
