You Can Make This Cake Without Measuring Cups.
I love the oven, but I hate all the dishes that seem dirty. There are mixing bowls, spoons, spatulas, and measuring cups, and sometimes I just don’t want to do it all. Luckily, Food52 has a recipe for leaving measuring cups in the cupboard, and I’m super obsessed.
Click the link below to view the recipe, but I was impressed with the measurement method. The cake takes on a moist consistency from Greek yogurt, but once there is no dairy in the container, the yogurt container is used as the unit of measure for all other ingredients (except eggs). What’s more, everything is blended in one bowl, making this super-optimized baking project with minimal clutter.
