What Workouts With Lunch Break Would You Like to See?

Hey outsider workers! Since we launched Lunch Break Workout this summer, we’ve done a lot together: stretching , dancing , sitting workouts , even trying handstands . We are now accepting requests: what would you like to see next?

Some things to think about:

  • Should we stick with training without equipment, or would you like to be nudged into the gym from time to time?
  • More yoga? More cardio? More strength training? What’s your favorite workout?
  • Do you want to thoughtfully work towards a goal (for example, get more flexible or do more push-ups) or just turn off your brain and break through something that makes you move?
  • Admit it: do you really do it at lunchtime? (It’s ok if you don’t!)
