When Reading About Life Hacks, Don’t Skip Comments.
One of the basic rules of interacting on the Internet is not to read comments. But if you, like us, spend most of your day looking for tips on how to eat a sandwich or what organizational tool will help you fulfill your responsibilities, this sanity-saving tactic could work against you.
Redditor lancertons makes a great point in their post on the life hacks subreddit: when you see a great life hack, there are probably good, if not great, examples of life hacks in the comments. Although the thread itself has turned into hilarious chaos, the essence remains valid. Here at Lifehacker, we often find that our readers’ hacks are just as good, if not slightly better, than our own.
