Even if you plan on eating healthy, it’s easy to get into fast food because it’s the only thing nearby and you’re hungry as hell. But is there anything vegetarian at McDonald’s? Is there anything low carb at Starbucks? This cheat sheet might help.

For example, on a Mediterranean diet, you can eat just a few things at McDonald’s: a side dish, apple slices, or a cutie (one of those tiny oranges). But Starbucks offers five names, including two delicious-looking salad bowls. Or say you don’t eat meat: Wendy’s only has a few dishes, but Taco Bell offers 14 different dishes filled with cheese, eggs, and beans.
