Will It Be Sous Vide? Let’s Choose Another (Summer) Theme!
Hello friends, and welcome back to yet another session on topic picking forWill It Sous Vide? , a weekly column where I do whatever you want with my immersion circulator.
Even though it’s not technically summer yet, it looks like it is, and one thing I love about my submersible circulation pump is that it doesn’t heat up my kitchen in any way. So I’m in the mood to try some summer food this week, and here are my suggestions:
- Corn: I usually prefer to grill corn and then decorate it in elot style, but one of the commenters on this discussion told me that sous vide corn is true, so I think we should investigate.
- Lobster Tail: Honestly, I would love to make lobster rolls.
- Another ice cream : the first went well , but it was just one recipe. Do we dare to add booze?
- Some kind of fish: we have yet to deal with fin fish. Leave your favorites in the comments.
