Night Shift, Apple’s Auto Screen Dimming Software, Now Available for Your Mac
If you’re a fan of Night Shift on your iPhone or F.lux on your Mac , you’ll be delighted to know that Apple is releasing an update today for macOS that adds a time-based color change feature to your Mac. …
Night Shift gradually changes the color of your display from blue to orange after dark, which supposedly helps you sleep a little better by reducing your exposure to blue light. You can enable Night Shift in System Preferences> Displays. You can also manually turn Night Shift on and off by opening Action Center. The update is available in the Mac App Store right now.
