Wake up Mode Convinced My Baby to Go to Bed

iOS / Android: If you didn’t sleep well last night, you will get tired today. Yeah, huh? Wake up mode shows your fatigue as your body’s battery level. It’s a cute trick for you and me. For my seven-year-old child, this was a compelling argument for actually falling asleep .

After all, he knows what kind of panic occurs when he watches YouTube and gets a low battery warning. You must connect right away, otherwise! Therefore, when he saw that the energy level of his own body was in the minus, he suddenly really wanted to go to bed.

I helped him set Wake Mode last night before bed. The app asks what time you went to bed last night, how long it took you to actually fall asleep, and what time you woke up. Based on these numbers, you can make a good guess about how much sleep you are getting.

My child and I were about 10 percent. We turned on manual sleep tracking for his phone (wake up mode can also read data from a wearable fitness tracker if you have one) and he ended up in the bag.
