- Check the cleanliness : If the bike is clean, it is a good sign that it has been taken care of. It’s a simple thing, but really, if the seller is having trouble making the bike look good in a photo, you know that he at least cares a little.
- Replacement Cost Factor : Sometimes the bike can be pretty worn out, but that doesn’t mean the frame isn’t worth it.
