T-Mobile Updates Its ONE Plans in Response to Verizon With HD Video and Tethering
Verizon shocked everyone when it announced that it was returning unlimited data . For a moment, it seemed like it might be a good deal . Then T-Mobile responded.
T-Mobile CEO John Leger announced that the carrier will update its ONE plan. The plan, which previously included unlimited calls, text messages and data, had some strings attached that made it a questionable deal. You were limited to low quality videos unless you bought your daily HD video skips and didn’t include a modem. Now T-Mobile is fixing both.
T-Mobile ONE will now allow unlimited HD video streaming. They will also receive 10GB of LTE data tethered, which they can share with their laptops or other devices. After that, users can connect to the 3G network as long as they want. This plan starts at $ 70 per month per line, so it’s not a bad deal compared to Verizon’s new plan. None of these plans are the cheapest , but if you are getting into the data, it might be worth taking a look at.
