Cosmic Kids Teaches Kids Yoga Through Interactive Stories
Yoga can be a fun way for kids to exercise and learn how their body works, but not every child is interested in the yoga classes their parents do. In Cosmic Kids Yoga, everything is different: the little ones follow the story on the screen, and the poses and stretches are simply part of it.
Silly animal fictional quests make up most of the adventure on this Youtube channel, but there are also videos featuringHarry Potter ,Frozen, and Star Wars (above). The story grabs the children’s attention and encourages them to pose. Each video ends with a relaxing shavasana so your child can finish the exercise more relaxed than they started. (Worth a try anyway.)
