Evernote for IPhone Gets Rid of the Home Screen, Making It Easier to Create and Manage Notes
iOS: One of the biggest complaints about Evernote is its cluttered interface, making it difficult to just log in and take a quick note. Today, the iPhone version of Evernote is trying to fix that with a refresh.
The big innovation is a simpler interface with a new start screen. The main screen has disappeared, and in its place is a list of recently used notes. From this screen, you can also instantly create a new note, search through notes, or navigate to individual notebooks. You can even long press this new note button to bring up options for instant audio recording, image capture, or notification settings. Now you can also style your text with color or different text sizes. The iPhone update is now rolling out.
