Monkey Bar Workout That Strengthens Your Upper Body and Makes You Feel Like a Child Again
Remember when monkey bars were simpler? Of course, you were probably a child and much easier. As an adult, parallel bars are still a fun way to build upper body strength and endurance to make it easier for you to do your first pull-up or just feel like a tough kid again.
This video shows nine different monkey bar workouts to test your grip and arm strength. Some are much more advanced than others, so obviously start with what you can. You will be surprised to know how quickly the monkeys can handle your grip. Also, in order to swing on the monkey bar, you need to do a little work with your body and legs so that your body does not get out of control. The main thing here is to have fun. Consistent gym or bodyweight workouts are still some of the best ways to get stronger, but sometimes it’s nice to take a break from sets and reps ( it definitely helped me to enjoy myself again ).
