Will It Be Sous Vide? Let’s Pick a Different Theme!
Hello everyone, and welcome back to yet another lively session on theme-making forWill It Sous Vide? , a weekly column where I do whatever you want with my immersion circulator.
The immersive adventure last week had a lot of non-sous-video elements, so this week I would like to do something completely done in a package (or can). Some ideas:
- Coffee: Let’s try at different temperatures! I have a very serious barista friend who can provide advice.
- Amaro: I made simple infused vodka and whiskey, but I want to see if I can use my Anova to make a Campari fake.
- Something fermented: kimchi? Beer? Kombucha?
As I look through this list, I realize that I have named only liquids – am I dehydrated? Jk, I’m always dehydrated, so feel free to offer solid food (or whatever you like). You know, I like your suggestions.
