What are the limits of human travel?
What are the limits of humanity? What is the farthest distance we could ever hope to travel, even in the most fantastic fantasy future? Kurzgesagt’s latest video explains beautiful details, and while it may seem a little lonely and a little overwhelming, it only underscores what an amazingly beautiful time in the history and life of the universe we live in. The short answer is, of course, our local galaxy group, but the longer answer is worth watching the eight minute video.
Before jumping to conclusions, this has nothing to do with emerging technologies and speculations about the possible development of human society (because let’s be honest, we must first become capable of an interstellar civilization of a type III civilization, and not return to it.dust from which we arose first), it has more to do with the physical nature of the universe and our understanding of how it was created and how it continues to expand. Every person ever
Every Human Ever is a short video that explores many of the feelings and thoughts that we all have at some point, but that rarely communicate with each other, either because it is inappropriate due to our social norms, or because that we just don’t. want to appear vulnerable, or because sometimes the truth in our heads is simply not what other people expect to hear. The description says it well:
What do we all have in common? Every human being has ever been an exploration of the lowest common denominator of humanity … what lies behind our superficial expressions and habitual personality traits … and unites us all as one, big … I don’t know.
It’s a smart watch (although fun and funny), but it makes you wonder how often you’ve rationalized some grandiose explanation to yourself of something as simple as “I’m telling you all this because I want you to like me. “Or” I just want to be appreciated. ” [ via The Kloons (YouTube) , thanks Swissmiss ! ]
What happens when you throw 30 pounds of dry ice into a pool?
The one and only CrazyRussianHacker is known for its experiments – some of them are useful and some are not at all, but they are all interesting and funny, and this … well, we can not really recommend anything for you, and nothing that is really could do something for you, but heck it’s fun to watch. Play and watch the magic happen – it’s simple chemistry in motion, only on a large scale. [ via CrazyRussianHacker (YouTube) ]
Year on Google Search: 2016
Since this is the last brain buffet of the year, it seems appropriate to speak at Google’s own Year of Search Review with a full look back at everything that has happened this year, all the achievements, all the people we’ve lost, and everything else. something that gives us hope for the future. One thing’s for sure: From start to finish, 2016 was tumultuous to say the least, and it didn’t end with less drama than it did at the start – and that’s probably an understatement too.
Should there ever be a video that is almost guaranteed to make you choke on it, Google is preparing a year-round summary. Have a great week and Happy New Year! [ via Google (YouTube) ]
