Make These Mini Ham and Cheese Sandwiches Inside the Bread for Your Next Party

Crumb, toasted, ham and cheese sandwiches are very comforting canapes, but they become something very special when you serve them inside a loaf or warm, soft bread.

First, you need to take a large loaf of sandwich bread, gouge it out, and cut the carbohydrate core into small squares. Fry the squares with a little oil and add ham, gruyere and some Dijon mustard.
