Cedar Grill Plates Make Party Plates Affordable and Eco-Friendly
This is the season for all sorts of parties, and while I love throwing seasonal parties, I don’t like the wash and the endless stream of small plates. Paper plates don’t seem all that special and plastic is a little wasteful, but cedar grill boards are great little serving boards for applications and desserts.
Not only are they affordable and sustainable (and good fireplace fuel), but they also have a certain rustic charm that makes them a very cute presentation. They also only add a light smoky flavor that can serve as a good foil for super sweet desserts. To be honest, what I love most about them is that I can just throw them into the fire when I’m done with them. I love to throw things into fire.
