The Kayak App Now Helps You Navigate the Airport
Kayak already great for exploring different proposals flights , but recently an application was made some updates to help travelers and after they booked flights. Their app now includes maps of 34 major US airports, including step-by-step directions.
This feature can come in handy if you’re stuck at the airport during a long stop and want to know what options you have (and how to get to them). You can find these maps by clicking on the airport in any route you have saved in the app, or simply go to the app directory and select an airport. Once you select a seat at the airport, you will receive step-by-step instructions, just like using Waze or Google Maps. You can also download these maps in advance.
Sure, in most airports it is easy enough to find places such as baggage claim, but it is useful if you are looking for a place to stop and work or just have a snack. The app will also tell you how long it will take you to reach any destination at the airport, which is useful if you need to catch a connecting flight.
Terminal cards are available for most major US airports including LAX, JFK, LGA IAH and ATL, as well as Tokyo Narita. The update also includes safety timeout estimates based on TSA data, but also uses traveler feedback on how accurate the data is. Of course, there are other apps and tools that tell you wait times and show you what’s at the airport, but the Kayak app is a decent all-round alternative. You can use it to research travels, keep track of your routes, and navigate the route you are traveling on. To verify this, follow the link below.
