A lot can go wrong during the holidays, but in my worst-case scenario, wine is running out. Luckily, Walmart has a $ 7 Malbec available nationwide and it’s delicious .
According to FWx (a subsidiary of Food & Wine), this Malbec supercrat beat “about 16,000 other entries from around the world in a blind taste test.” While it was previously only available to US residents to buy online , it is now available in over 500 locations across the country. While malbec is not necessarily the best pairing with turkey, it is a great option for richer meats like lamb and a great pairing with dark chocolate. It’s really cool on its own, so stock up on Thanksgiving dessert, Hanukkah, Christmas, holiday party, secret Santa Claus, and any unexpected guests that may appear during the season.
