WhatsApp Receives Video Calls
Android / iOS / Windows Phone: WhatsApp announced today that video calling will be rolling out to its various apps over the next few days.
WhatsApp already has voice and text, so the next obvious choice is video. It should work exactly like Skype, FaceTime, Hangouts and many more options. There is no exact time or date when the update for video calling will be released, but it should appear in the app “in the coming days.”
