These Two Aioli Recipes Are Simple and Egg Free.

If you’re allergic to eggs, or just don’t eat them for whatever reason, you may feel excluded from certain food categories, but creamy aioli doesn’t have to be one of them. There are actually two delicious recipes that work for egg fasting, and both are very easy to make.

The first is a simple emulsion of olive oil and garlic, along with a little lemon juice and salt. Watch the video above to see the complete procedure, but the first thing you need to do is knead the garlic well, sprinkle it well with salt using a mortar and pestle. Once you have a good paste, drizzle a teaspoon or two of lemon juice into it and stir in. Then gradually add 1/4 cup light olive oil, adding a little and mixing each aliquot with a pestle until creamy and smooth.

The second recipe requires a blender, but it hardly works. To make a creamy, rich, mayonnaise-like sauce that is also vegan, you only need a handful of chopped almonds (1/2 cup), 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1/2 cup water. , some salt and a blender. Just drop everything in there, turn on the blender and let it do its thing for three minutes. When you’re done, you have a delicious sauce that can be used just like mayonnaise for sandwiches, salads and pasta.
