VotePlz Uses IMessages to Convince Your Friends to Register to Vote
iPhone: Signing up to vote is by no means difficult , but if you want to pester your friends a little to make sure they sign up, Voteplz is the smart little iMessages app for that.
After installing the app, you can instantly check if you are registered to vote and then send the voter registration link to all your friends via the iMessages app. There, they can also check if they are registered by simply scanning their driver’s license. If not, they will be sent to the registration page. If you’re more interested in the gamification of it all, there’s even a leaderboard that uses a referral link to see how many people you’ve convinced to sign up. This part might be a little silly, but the basic system for registering to vote and getting your friends to vote also works well and quickly.
