Boomerang’s Answer Helps You Create an Email That Actually Gets a Response
If you want a response to your email, start by writing a good one. Boomerang has had some great advice in the past for this , but now the company has gone a step further. Its new “Reply” feature will quickly rate your emails against several key categories.
Reactive works by displaying a series of recommendation indicators for things like topic length, word count, reading level, and positivity (although you do need to be a Pro user for some advanced features like positivity). If you start writing a very long email, use too much jargon, or are too rude, Respondable will let you know. Obviously, you don’t have to stick strictly to the Respondable suggestions, but they are convenient.
The new feature is being rolled out with the new version of Boomerang. If you are currently using Boomerang in Gmail, Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365, or Outlook, you should see it in the latest update.
