Six Last Minute Summer BBQ Tricks
Summer here in North America may be over soon, but it’s not over yet and there are plenty of opportunities to fire up the grill. If you do, these grilled burgers and meats, grill cleaning, and other cooking tricks can help you plan and prepare the perfect warm outdoor weather.
Despite the blatant overuse of the word “hack” to describe these tricks (which I think we were all to blame, but at least they do it ironically), they are all quite useful. You’ve heard many of these as we discussed earlier, such as spiral cut hot dogs , checking the level of your propane tank with hot water, and cleaning the grill with onions , but a few others, such as a DIY aluminum hot dog. it’s worth trying canned food and adding some mayonnaise to your burger mix if you haven’t thought about them before.
The mayonnaise in the hamburger mix may sound absurd, but they’re right there on the video – they’re actually just eggs and butter, so it makes sense. Likewise, the hot box trick is actually just grabbing two large aluminum pans – the kind you can buy at the grocery store for dishes like this – put one on top of the other and pinch one side and use it. as a kind of “warmer” over indirect heating (or in a cool place on the grill) where you store the prepared food so it doesn’t get overcooked and people can come and serve themselves.
