Power up Your Veggie Burger With Cooking Parmesa
The veggie burgers are quick and easy to eat without meat, but they might not impress you a bit. To give them extra appeal, consider printing it out.
This is just one of The Kitchn ‘s great ideas on how to improve your plant-based tortilla, but it might be my favorite. Seriously, what couldn’t be better with a sweet, bright tomato sauce and sticky salty cheese? To add Parmesan to your veggie burger, simply pour over the cooked patty with your favorite tomato sauce (in a jar it’s quick and good), some grated mozzarella, and (of course) grated Parmesan. Place it under the fried until the cheese is smooth and bubbly, and serve as a sandwich or with pasta. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top if you like, I suspect.
