Mac: You have a ton of great terminal emulators on your Mac , but if you’re looking for something that works a little differently than the rest, HyperTerm is worth a look.
Unlike most terminal options, HyperTerm is built with JavaScript, HTML and CSS in mind. This means you can customize it to your liking using a variety of tools that almost any web developer will be familiar with. It also supports extensions, so you can add features or just change the look of Terminal as you see fit. HyperTerm is still in its early stages of development and isn’t as stable as something like iTerm, but it’s worth taking a look at if you’ve ever wanted an emulator to be built with more web standards in mind.
