Use Leftover Pizza to Make Savory Bread Pudding
I know none of you “ever heard of leftover pizza,” but if you ever find yourself with a surplus of slices, you should definitely slice them up for delicious bread pudding.
Simply place the diced pizza and any vegetables you may have on a buttered platter and drizzle with the egg and cream mixture. (I make about half a cup of cream for each egg.)
