The resume can describe the responsibilities that you performed in your previous job, but talking about your responsibilities is not as important as talking about the concrete results of what you actually achieved in these positions. It can seriously improve your resume.

If you find it difficult to describe your results and articulate your strengths, use this formula recommended by Google . Essentially, your exploits should proceed like this: “I reached X relative to Y by doing Z.” The more specific you can describe how cool you are, the better.
