Build Your Own Gesture-Based TV Remote With Raspberry Pi
Do you think this practical TV remote with buttons is too boring? Master Frederic Vandenbosch demonstrates how to create gesture-based remote controls with a Raspberry Pi.
The idea here is to make a simple gesture TV remote. In this case, swiping left or right changes channels, up or down changes the volume, and a circular motion turns the TV on or off. The project includes a Raspberry Pi and a Skywriter HAT , although there are a couple of schematics there as well. Everything is in order in the individual case. It’s not an easy project, but you can find out how to build one for yourself on the Vandenbosch page.
