AT&T Access Program Provides Low Income Households $ 10 Per Month Internet

AT&T now offers discounted internet services to low-income households in 21 states (much of the Midwest and South, as well as California and Nevada). It provides home Internet access if one of your household members is enrolled in the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program. (CLICK).

The program is called Access. If your family is eligible, you will have access to any of the fastest tiers available for your address: 10 Mbps or 5 Mbps for $ 10 a month or 3 Mbps for $ 5 a month. The program is similar to other offerings, such as Comcast’s Internet Essentials, which provides the same plan for families with children who qualify for discounted dining plans, and the Google Fiber plan for $ 15 a month . You can check your eligibility on the AT&T access page . If the service is available at your address, you just need to fill out a simple application for participation in the program.
